This month’s video postcard is a demo of Angela’s very own recipe for pasta with tomato sauce.

I made this video yonks ago then forgot all about it! As this was the recipe I proposed in the Murder, She Cooked book to accompany Murder In a Minor Key, I was prompted to go rummaging around to find it.

This recipe was tested for the book by beloved Tim Benzie who many of you know after seeing one of his wonderful Solve-Along-A-Murder-She-Wrote shows. I’ll be sharing his verdict and tips too.

This is the 7th of Angela’s recipes I have demonstrated so far. I have her Garden Vegetable Soup in the can so to speak, so only 3 more from Murder, She Cooked Volume 1 to go. Including the dreaded one that includes oysters!
