For lovely Special Members of the Cabot Cove Club (aka paid subscribers) I am going to be sharing the process of writing volume 2 of the Murder, She Wrote-themed cookbook here in this newsletter.
It’ll be a behind-the-scenes warts-and-all discussion of the episode watching, recipe selection and writing that will be going on here in the Cabot Cove of the UK, Hastings.
If you fancy peeking behind the curtain, do join us in the club.
Free subscribers will always get a monthly episode guide and recipe, but if you upgrade and pay club subs, one of the perks is choosing which character you would be in a reboot of Murder, She Wrote. I chose the cougar of Cabot Cove, Eve Simpson!
Who do you fancy being?!
Paid subscribers also get to see me in my kitchen demonstrating all of the Angela Lansbury recipes I know of. So far we have had
Angela Lansbury’s Mustard Vinaigrette
Angela Lansbury’s Salad Sandwich
Angela Lansbury’s Kitchen Sink Salad
Next up will be her divine Walnut Date Bread.
Here for everyone is a little glimpse into my movie star cookbook collection. I’ll be doing some more videos about the books this year, including a look inside my SPECIAL cupboard of all the rare and valuable books. But even if they aren’t rare (you’ll see I have double ups of some) I love ALL of my star-studded cookbooks!
The Murder, She Cooked cookbook I gave you a glimpse of in the video would cost me almost £100 smackers if I wanted another!
If you are elsewhere in the world, you might be able to source a cheaper copy, especially if you are in the USA as that seems to be where most hang out.
This month below the line, I chat about how I am going to tackle writing volume 2 of Murder, She Cooked. Come with me on the journey!
