I love kedgeree too and really fancy some for Sunday brunch tomorrow, hmm, there's an idea! Sam Kilgour (food writer and LWS attendee) pointed out that there are no curry spices in this recipe, it's true! I double checked against both versions of this recipe I have but no, Lynn puts no curry powder in her kedgeree! Mmmmm. Kedgereeeeee!
We have a family recipe which is loosely called ’Rice Pot’. Which consists of onion, bacon, sweetcorn, curry powder, rice and stock. All cooked in one pan, similar to a risotto, it is delicious with added butter. I would love to add cream too, but alas the waistline dictates otherwise. 😁

Well that sounds DIVINE! Yum, all things I love (apart from peanut butter) in one pot. I might have a go at that sometime xx
